We are permitted to receive materials originating from Harnett County only. Anyone found to be bringing materials from out of Harnett County will be charged a $106 fine and a possible ban from the Landfill. We except cash, check and debit/credit cards as payment. We can not except any $50 or $100 bills. Due to safety reasons effective January 1, 2024, residents will no longer be allowed to dispose of their kitchen trash inside of the Transfer Building. All kitchen trash must now be disposed of at the Convenience Center next door. Gate Policy: You must be on the scale before closing time (4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 12pm noon on Wednesday and Saturday) or you will not be allowed to dump. Only 1 vehicle on the scales at a time.
