The Scottsboro Solid Waste Department is responsible for the operation of the city Landfill located at 650 Co. RD. 412 Hollywood, AL 35752 - You must be at the scalehouse by 1:45PM to dump on that day. - $20 minimum for each transaction – If you have brush and debris you will pay 2 minimums. - Brush cannot be mixed with any debris or garbage, it must be separate. The Scottsboro Landfill also has a wood and brush chipper located at the Landfill. You can drop off brush, trees, limbs, and bushes (minimal dirt attached) for a minimum fee of $35, then $35/ton thereafter.
