  “Thank you so much for the service you and your crew at haul 911 provided us today while cleaning out our parents home in Rockville. \nWe had so much to do and did not know what to do or who to call. \nIt was simply overwelming us. \nI am glad we found you and your company. \nHaul911 Junk removal showed up on time, ready to work! John directed four employees like he was a conductor at the music hall. (You can tell he has done this before, at least once or twice) \nBy the time I got back with pizza for all the workers they were sweeping the floor. I was amazed at how fast and well they did the job. \n \nHe had two of his trucks on site rotating hauling loads so there was never an idle moment. \n \nYou will not be disapointed with their service. \n \nThank you so much again, \n \nSusan B. \n”

  Poor Service Ecology Services

  “They stopped by community and threw bags of insulation in truck 6 bags.. on the 6th they decided not to take them, So they grabbed all the other 5 from the inside of the trash truck flinging them on the ground breaking open and making a MESS and drove off laughing. Sad situation and certainly sadder people doing a so called ECOLOGY Services trashing the Community and Earth. I'm sure the are better and more professional collection agencies in the area and we will be looking for a new collector. If I had not seen it with my own eyes I never would believe someone would do such a malice act!!”

  “Since being sold this business is amazing in it's ability to cut off your service (even if you have paid for the month if not the whole 3 month cycle)and retrieve your bin but they don't promptly record your payment and then...you guessed it, no trash removal. Basically new owners suck. I'm looking forward to a start up to turn my frineds on to in this area.”
